The final legal text can be edited in the admin areaThese Terms and Conditions (the Terms) govern the fundamental conditions applicable to the use of the axonova.health website, the application, registration and contact options available on the website, and the private employment placement services provided by Axonova. Submitting an application, registration or enquiry through the website does not in itself establish an employment relationship, placement agreement or service contract, nor does it guarantee a job offer, the introduction of a Candidate or a successful placement. Fee-based services provided to Employers are governed in each case by a separate written agreement. 1. Scope and acceptance of the Terms The personal scope of these Terms extends to all visitors and users of the website, in particular jobseekers, healthcare professionals and other individuals who may be referred by Axonova (collectively, Candidates), as well as institutions, companies and their representatives seeking personnel (Employers). By browsing the website or submitting a form, the user acknowledges the provisions of these Terms that apply to them. Where a form contains a separate checkbox for accepting the Terms, the form may be submitted only after the user has actively and verifiably accepted them. The detailed rules on the processing of personal data are contained in a separate Privacy Notice. The use of cookies is governed by a separate Cookie Notice and the cookie settings interface. Consent to data processing and acceptance of these Terms are separate declarations. 3. Purpose of the website and available services The purpose of the website is to present Axonova and its services, publish employment opportunities and professional information, facilitate contact between Candidates and Employers, and prepare the employment placement process. The website may provide, in particular, the following functions: presentation of employment opportunities and destination countries; submission of Candidate applications, curricula vitae and professional information; Employer registration and preliminary notification of staffing requirements; access to anonymised or aggregated Candidate profiles; requests for contact, consultation or further information; access to professional articles, guidance and other content. Axonova may modify, expand, restrict or discontinue individual functions, provided that this does not affect its obligations under agreements already concluded. 4. Electronic contact and conclusion of agreements Submitting a form on the website constitutes an electronic enquiry, application or request for a proposal. An automatic acknowledgement confirms only the technical receipt of the data and does not constitute an offer or acceptance by Axonova. Communications with a Candidate and the commencement of the placement process do not establish an employment relationship between the Candidate and Axonova. An employment relationship or other engagement may be established between the Candidate and the prospective Employer under a separate agreement. An agreement for fee-based placement or related services provided to an Employer is concluded only through a separate written agreement mutually accepted by Axonova and the Employer. In the event of any conflict, the individual agreement prevails. 5. Conditions applicable to Candidates By applying, the Candidate represents that the information provided is true and accurate and that the Candidate is authorised to submit the documents supplied. Applying on behalf of another person or uploading another person's data without permission is prohibited. The Candidate must inform Axonova if any information material to the placement process, including qualifications, licences, right to work or contact details, changes. Axonova may verify the submitted information, documents, qualifications, references and licences and may request further supporting evidence. Axonova does not charge Candidates seeking work any placement fee or reimbursement of costs for private employment placement. This does not affect costs payable by the Candidate to third parties, such as the costs of obtaining or translating documents, official procedures, travel or relocation. Separate information or an agreement may determine the nature of such costs and the party responsible for paying them in the relevant process. Axonova does not guarantee that a Candidate will receive a job offer, enter into an employment contract, obtain an official permit, have a qualification recognised, or be permitted to enter and work in the destination country. Employment decisions are made by the Employer, while regulatory and professional eligibility is determined by the competent authorities and bodies. 6. Conditions applicable to Employers When registering or making an enquiry, the Employer must provide true, accurate and current information and confirm that its representative is authorised to act or make contact on behalf of the relevant organisation. The Employer may request assistance only in connection with a lawful, genuinely available and non-discriminatory employment opportunity. It must not provide misleading information concerning the position, place of work, required qualifications, remuneration or material employment conditions. Anonymised Candidate profiles may be used solely for preliminary professional evaluation. It is prohibited to attempt to identify a Candidate without authorisation or to collect, copy, resell or use profiles to build a separate database. Identifiable Candidate data may be used only within a lawful cooperation with Axonova and in accordance with the applicable data protection requirements. The service fee, the date on which any success fee becomes due, Candidate replacement or guarantee conditions, the consequences of engaging a referred Candidate directly or through an affiliated entity, and the parties' other obligations are governed by the separate agreement concluded with the Employer. 7. User accounts and access Where a website function requires a user account, the user must keep their access credentials confidential and must not make them available to any unauthorised person. The user is responsible for activities performed through the account unless the user proves that the unauthorised use occurred for reasons beyond their control. The user must notify Axonova immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected unauthorised access. Axonova may temporarily restrict or suspend access for security, legal or abuse-prevention reasons. 8. Prohibited conduct When using the website, users must not: provide false, misleading or unlawful information or information that infringes the rights of another person; use malicious code, automated querying tools, robots or data extraction solutions; circumvent the website's security measures or interfere with its operation; copy, bulk-download or commercially exploit content or Candidate data without authorisation; gain unauthorised access to another user's account or to non-public data; use the website for unlawful, discriminatory, misleading or defamatory purposes. Axonova may remove unlawful content, restrict access and, where appropriate, initiate legal proceedings. 9. Job advertisements and published information Job advertisements and other information are based on the information available at the time of publication. Axonova endeavours to keep them accurate and current, but a position may be filled, its terms may change, or the selection process may close before the website is updated. Any information published on the website concerning remuneration, benefits, place of work, visas, permits or recognition of qualifications is preliminary. Before making a decision, the Candidate should rely on the Employer's official offer, the individual agreement and information provided by the competent authority. 10. Intellectual property The structure, visual identity, texts, graphics, databases, logos, software elements and other content of the website may be protected by copyright, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights. Such content is owned by Axonova or by a third party that has authorised its use. Users may view publicly available content solely for personal or internal business information purposes. Any copying, adaptation, republication, distribution, database compilation or commercial use requires Axonova's prior written permission unless expressly permitted by law. 11. Availability of the service and external links Axonova endeavours to operate the website securely and continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, development, technical failures, cyberattacks, service provider outages or other circumstances outside Axonova's reasonable control may cause temporary downtime. The website may contain links to third-party websites. Axonova does not control and is not responsible for the content or operation of external websites. Users should review the relevant third party's terms and privacy notice. 12. Liability Axonova provides its services with professional care but is not responsible for an Employer's selection decision, a Candidate's decisions, false or incomplete information supplied by either party, or decisions made by competent authorities, professional bodies or other third parties. Axonova is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising in connection with the free use of the website, except where limitation of liability is prohibited by law. No limitation applies to damage caused intentionally, liability for breach of contract resulting in harm to human life, physical integrity or health, or any other liability that may not lawfully be excluded or limited. The user is responsible for the legality and accuracy of the information and documents submitted and for ensuring that they do not infringe the rights of third parties. 13. Complaints and contact Questions, comments or complaints concerning the website or Axonova's services may be submitted using the following contact details: email: hello@axonova.health; postal address: Axonova Kft., 1126 Budapest, Fodor u. 28. 1/1, Hungary; telephone: +36 30 481 6968. Axonova will investigate and respond to complaints within a reasonable period. Where a user qualifies as a consumer, the remedies available under the applicable consumer protection rules also apply. Consumer protection provisions apply only to a legal relationship in which the user acts outside their trade, profession, independent occupation or business activity. 14. Amendment of the Terms Axonova may amend these Terms due to changes in its services, the operation of the website, its business processes or the legal environment. The amended version applies from the effective date stated on the website. An amendment does not retroactively affect individual agreements already concluded. Where a change materially affects the rights or obligations of a registered user, Axonova will provide appropriate notice, electronically where necessary. 15. Governing law and disputes These Terms and the use of the website are governed by Hungarian law. The parties will endeavour to resolve any dispute amicably in the first instance. Any dispute will be determined by the Hungarian court having jurisdiction and competence. This provision does not restrict any mandatory jurisdictional or enforcement rights available to a consumer based on their place of residence or temporary residence. 16. Language versions and final provisions These Terms may be published in Hungarian, English and German. In the event of any discrepancy or uncertainty of interpretation, the Hungarian version prevails unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision will be replaced by a lawful provision that most closely reflects its purpose and economic substance. These Terms enter into force on 01 September 2026.
