Every candidate enters our database with verified qualifications and a documented language level. We accompany the recognition procedure and the language preparation, so the new colleague arrives ready to start.
Process
Placement runs in four stages.
Understanding the need. We agree on the clinical content of the role, the language level expected, the start date and the terms of employment.
Pre-screening. From our database we select the candidates who match on qualification, experience and language. The institution sees anonymised professional profiles.
Introduction and interview. We arrange the interviews and provide language support where needed.
Paperwork and arrival. We accompany the recognition procedure, the official registrations and the practical steps of relocation, and remain available during the first weeks on the job.
Our commitments
The qualifications and language level of every candidate we present are documented, and we verify the paperwork before the introduction.
Candidate data is held in a closed system: the professional profile stays anonymous, and personal details are shared only with the candidate's consent, after contact has been established.
Contractual terms — fees, notice periods, the scope of the placement — are agreed in writing in advance; no costs arise afterwards.
